Jessica brings accountability, organization, and structure to any project she is working on. As a collaborator, she relies on the expertise of her colleagues and makes informed decisions; as a leader, she leads with confidence and inspires the buy-in of her team – she does not shout down ideas or stifle conversation.
Over the past several years working together, Jessica has been bold in her career progression and desire to learn new things. She is unafraid of challenge and is voracious in her quest to tackle the untackleable. I admire her ethic and drive in these areas and proud to have learned so much from her during our time together.
Jessica’s work with her team, in inspiring them to seek creative solutions to interesting problems, and in in gaining their trust and loyalty, is where I saw her shine the the brightest.At POD, she helped create an entirely new department, a new fulfillment process, and a new way of looking at website production. Her steadfastness and ability to managerial abilities meant that she was often running 12 website builds (or more) simultaneously, including project managing the creative and development teams bringing those websites to life. And, along the way, she significantly reduced the time to get those websites she was building live. I think very highly of Jessica and am confident in her ability to thrive in team-based environments where autonomy, accountability, and action are required for success.
